摘要
以乙醇为提取溶剂,用微波辅助从白凤菜中提取总黄酮,试验获得了最佳提取工艺:70%乙醇、预浸泡30 min、料液比为1∶30、630 W的微波功率下作用30 s,在最佳提取条件下,白凤菜总黄酮的提取率高达94.7%,叶片总黄酮含量为2.985%。
Using ethanol as solvent, flavonoids were extracted from Gynura divaricata( L. ) with the assistance of microwave. The experiment obtained the optimum extracting technology : presoaking in 70% ethanol for 30 min, the ratio of solid material to liquid was 1: 30; microwave acting under 630W microwave for 30s. The extraction rate of flavonoids reached to 94. 7% with the optimum extracting conditions, the total flavonoids content was 2. 985% in leaves.
