摘要
采用乙腈-水(0.5%冰乙酸)为流动相,采用紫外检测器,用反相高效液相色谱分析法分离测定氟啶草酮原药中其含量。结果表明,所建立方法的标准偏差为0.185,变异系数为0.186%,回收率为99.04%,线性相关系数为0.998 1。
Fluridone was analyzed with reversed-phase HPLC equipped with ultraviolet detector using acetonitrile/ water （0.5% acetic acid）as the mobile phase. The results showed the standard deviation of 0.185,the variation coefficient of 0.186%, the recovery of 99.04% and the linear correlation coefficient of 0.998 1.
