福建省优秀运动员文化教育现状分析

Study on the Current Situation and Strategy for Cultural Education of Elites in Fujian Province

通过专家访谈、文献资料、调查、对比分析等研究方法对福建省优秀运动员文化教育现状进行调查分析,研究发现:福建省政府高度重视优秀运动员文化教育,制定了许多政策和创新措施,使得优秀运动员文化教育工作逐步完善。但是总体上,福建省优秀运动员的受教育程度偏低,科学文化素质不高;还存在观念滞后,政策执行力度不够等问题。并提出转变政府职能,完善配套机制;建立和完善从义务教育到高等教育的"绿色直通"渠道;创新方式继续深化研究并逐步解决学训矛盾;整合资源,提供保障等发展对策。

Using the methods of documentary ; questionnaire, logic analysis and expert interview, the paper draw a conclusion. Fujian provincial government attaches great importance to the cultural education of elites, the cultural education of elites have been gradually improved by making a lot of policy and reform measures. But overall, the cultural Education level of elites is low and their cultural quality is not high; there are many problems such as backward mentality, weak policy execution, and so on. The author suggested to change the functions of government and to improve the supporting mechanism, to open up the ＂Green Nonstop＂ road from compulsory education to higher education, to innovate modes and to deepen the research for sol- ving the contradiction between learning and training gradually.
