小粒度钼铁重熔试验研究

摘要 本文概述了利用中频电炉对钼铁冶炼产生的小粒度钼铁进行重熔的试验原理及工艺流程,探索了小粒度钼铁电炉熔炼新工艺。试验采用铝带作为脱氧剂,在600 kW中频感应电炉中钼铁熔炼反应,确定了最佳铝带用量为3 kg,制备出含钼54.32%的钼铁产品,钼金属回收率为95.73%,吨钼铁产品加工费用为3 415元,所产生的铁锭成型良好,断面平整。 This article mainly introduced the experimental principles and the new re-melting process flow of small -sized ferromolybdenum which is obtained in the process of ferromolybdenum in medium frequency induction furnace.In the test,aluminum strip as a deoxidizer,reacted with ferromolybdenum in the 600 kw medium frequency induction furnace,thereby,it is determined that 3 kg aluminum strip is the best dosage for preparation of ferromolybdenum with molybdenum 55.97%.Ferromolybdenum recovery is 97.32%,one ton ferromolybdenum product processing costs 3 415RMB.The output product has good shape and flat cross section.
