摘要
针对我国建筑业技术水平亟需提高的问题,分析了企业技术创新能力评价方法。首先根据建筑业特点构建了建筑企业技术创新能力的评价指标体系,然后考虑指标间的相关性引入了网络分析法(ANP)进行赋权。其次介绍了Vague集理论的基本概念,提出了建筑企业技术创新能力Vague集评价模型:先给定适当的评语集,再计算各指标相应的Vague集评价值,按照隶属度最大原则进行综合评判。最后以某建筑企业为实例进行分析。结果表明该方法能有效地帮助企业提高技术创新能力。
With respect to the urgent problem of technology improvement in China's construction indus- try, this paper proposes a new evaluation method with analytic network process (ANP) and vague sets theory. Firstly, an evaluation index system is established and based upon the characteristics of construction enterprise. Secondly, in view of the connections between the indices, corresponding weights are calculated via analytic network process (ANP). Thirdly, the evaluation model concerning technology innovative ability of construction enterprise based on the ANP and vague sets theory is es- tablished by using the classical fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Once the evaluation rank set is de- termined, all the indices can be given by the vague set subjection. According to the maximum mem- bership principle, the judgment of an enterprise is acquired. Finally, a construction enterprise as ex- ample is used to validate that the proposed model benefits the improvement of technology innovative a- bility of construction enterprises.
