How to improve the quality of university teaching by using the on-line teaching resources platform is an essential subject of the teaching reform for universities. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of local university on-line teaching platform construction and application, this paper probes into the existing problem and defects, and proposes specific and constructive measures on the construction of on-line teaching platform and how to apply it to improve teaching efficiency, in hope to offer reference for the teachers, students and technicians involving in the construction, utilization and maintaining of on-line teaching platform in local universities.
