摘要
通过对十堰市中小学体音美教师队伍现状调查与统计分析,针对体音美专业教师严重缺乏且年龄结构分布不合理、职称普遍偏低且继续教育的机会很少,建议社会重视是基础、依法治教是根本、经费投入是保障、教育改革是关键.
PE and art education is a weak point in Shiyan, especially in the rural area. This article has made a survey of the present situation of primary and middle School teachers of arts, music and P. E. , analyzed the reasons for this situ- ation, and then proposed some solutions to these problems.
