With the development of national economy and science and technology, e--commerce has been promoted, so more and more attention has been paid to the safety of e--commerce. Based on PKI trusteeship, an e--commerce ci- pher code trusteeship program has been designed. And an analysis has been made on the guarantee and possibility of the cipher code in practice.
