随着社会发展的日新月异,人们对健康的重要性的认识也逐渐深入,良好的生活习惯是享有健康的决定性因素.因为良好的生活习惯可以为健康提供综合锻炼和全面调理的手段,而健康离不开良好生活习惯的支撑.因此,掌握健康的内在规律,并成良好的生活习惯,对健康和延年益寿具有普遍的指导意义.
With the fast development of social development, humans are more and more concerned about their health, which is much depending upon sound living habits. Sound living habits contain comprehensive exercise and general conditioning. It is of great significance to understand and grasp the internal rules of health and form sound living habits.
