摘要 以红参粗多糖提取率为指标,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,比较水提、酸提、碱提3种不同提取方法的提取效果,并优化最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:1:8的料液比,100℃水浴提取3次,每次3h,红参粗多糖提取率达22%。 This paper compared the effect of extraction of water extraction,acid extraction,alkali extraction of polysaccharide in Red Ginseng,and optimized the best extraction process,that with the extraction rate of polysaccharide as index,the content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results suggest that the best extraction technology was the sohd-liquid ratio of 1: 8,in 100 ℃ water bath extraction for 3 times,each time 3h,and then the red ginseng polysaccharide extraction rate was 22%.
