摘要
以园艺专业(蔬菜方向)为例,阐述了以能力为导向,以社会和产业发展对人才的需求为出发点进行的园艺本科专业课程结构、教学体系、教学方式改革与实践,提出了一套适应现代园艺(蔬菜)产业发展需要的人才能力培养方案。
In this paper, reform and practice of professional curriculum framework, teaching system and pedagogic method in horticulture major （vegetable professional direction） was ex- pounded based on competency demand for talents of society and horticulture industry develop- ment. Competency training project for morden horticultural talents was proposed.
