高校课堂敬畏的影响因素及培养研究

Study on Influence Factors of College Classroom Awe and Culture

依据江西某大学调查样本数据,基于教师、学生、督导人员等不同对象课堂敬畏表现的描述性统计分析,比较分析影响不同对象课堂敬畏的影响因素,进而运用多元线性回归模型进行检验。研究结果表明:课堂敬畏的影响因素因课堂敬畏主体的不同而存在一定的差异。影响教师课堂敬畏的因素有教师基本情况与固有习惯因素、现有评价体制因素、教学辅助设备因素、学生课堂表现因素、微观文化的氛围因素;影响学生课堂敬畏的因素有学生自身特征因素、教师课堂教学技能因素、外部环境影响因素等。

Based on the descriptive statistics analysis of different performances of teachers, su- pervisors and students in classroom, comparative analysis of influencing awesome factors was conducted, followed by the multiple linear regression model test. The results showed that the class awe influencing factors are composed of class subjects with different basic situation and inherent habits, existing evaluation system, teaching auxiliary equipmen, student classroom performances, and micro culture atmosphere. Besides, the influencing factors on students＇ awe in class include teachers teaching skills in the classroom, students＇ own factors, and external environment.
