以德治教 立德树人:社会转型期背景下高校师德建设

Administering education with virtue and cultivating students with ethics:university teachers' ethics construction under the background of social transition

教师需以德律己,以德育人,以德维护自身行业形象和影响社会。但在社会转型期大背景下,有部分高校教师师德理想迷失、师德准则失效、师德行为失范,不能更好地教书育人、为人师表。为此,应加强高校教师思想政治教育和师德教育,完善师德制度和规范,关心教师权益,激发广大教师的工作热情。

Teachers are expected to, by virtue, exercise strict ~cll u e maintain the good image of teaching profession and affect the society. However, under the background of social transition, some teachers who have lost their ideal to become a good teacher with high virtue and behaved poorly, can^t be a model of virtue for others. Therefore, the authorities concerned are supposed to strengthen the ideological and political education as well as ethics education of university teachers, perfect related system and standards of teachers~ ethics, care for teachers~ rights and inter- ests and stimulate their enthusiasm for work.
