湖北省矿产资源开发与矿业经济可持续发展

EXPLOITATION OF MINERAL REAOUCES AND SUSTAINED DEVELOPMENT OF MINING ECONOMY

阐述了湖北省矿产资源的基本特征 ,分析了湖北省矿产资源供需形势和开发利用现状 ,指出了能源矿产严重短缺 ,冶金工业主导矿产供需矛盾突出 ,资源损失浪费严重 ,矿产资源开发缺乏较统一的规划和合理的布局以及矿山地质环境日趋恶化等方面的问题。提出必须使矿业经济在宏观调控下对资源配置起基础作用 ,实现矿业经济的可持续发展。

Based on the analysis of basic characteristics , supplying-demand situation and development-utilization of the mineral resources in Hubei, it is considered that, in this area, the energy mineral resources shortage is seriously ;contradiction of supplying- demand of metallurgical mineral resources is observable;waste and losses of the mineral resources are heavy;exploitation of mineral resources lacks unified planning and rational distribution; the geological environment of the mines is getting worse and worse as well. In order to accomplish the sustained development of mining economy, mining industry under the macroreadjust- controlling must play the basic role in resources disposition.
