2000年国内煤炭供应量同比增加了4154万t，国内煤炭需求同比增长了4000万t，煤炭出口同比增长了44．8%，市场价格稳中有升。认为,下半年应加大压库工作力度，加大控制总量关井压产力度。应积极营造煤炭市场环境，努力实现煤炭供求基本平衡和煤炭市场的根本好转。

OMt more than the same period last year and coal export is 44. 8% more than the same period last year. Coal prices have seen moderate increase at the same time. The article holds that work on cutting down on coal stocks and reducing the national total coal output and mine closure should be intensified in the latter half of this year and more efforts shall be devoted to improving the general environment of coal market.
