八角茴香及其提取物莽草酸抗甲型流感病毒的体外研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测八角茴香及其提取物莽草酸体外抗甲型流感病毒的作用。方法 MTT法测定药物对MDCK细胞的毒性;鸡胚扩增病毒,测定病毒在MDCK细胞上的TCID50;通过观察CPE的情况以及采用MTT法评价药物对病毒在细胞内生长的影响。结果在MDCK细胞上八角水提物和莽草酸的最大无毒浓度(TC0)分别为10 mg/mL和0.1 mg/mL;病毒的TCID50为10-4/0.1 mL;在细胞模型上八角水提物对病毒有明显的预防和治疗效果,但莽草酸未表现出预防或治疗效果。结论在体外实验中,八角水提物对H3N2型流感病毒有一定的预防和治疗作用,而其提取物莽草酸无此效果。 Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of lllicium verum Hook.f and its extract shikim-ic acid against influenza virus A. Methods The MTT test assay was used to evaluate the toxicity of drugs against Madin -Darby canine kidney(MDCK) cells; Propagation of virus in chick embryo and the val- ue of TCID50 were calculated; Activity of Illicium verum Hook.f and its extract shikimic acid against in- fluenza virus A were detected with the CPE and MTT assays. Results The TC0 of lllicium verum Hook. f and its extract shikimic acid in MDCK cells were 10 mg/ml to MDCK cells was 10-4/0.1 ml. Illicium verum Hook. f. and 0.1 mg/ml. The TCID50 of H3N2 virus significantly inhibited the multiplication of H3N2in MDCK cells, while shikimic acid was ineffective. Conclusion lllicium verum Hook.f has some preventive effects and therapeutic effects on the infection of H3N2 in MDCK cells, while shikimic acid was ineffective.
