摘要
扭矩测试系统中被测电机的扭矩值大小与扭矩电机外壳的偏转角度大小成正比关系,偏转角的大小用旋转变压器的输出信号解调获取.针对扭矩测试系统中的偏转角在半圆周变化的特点,采用三角变换并通过数字滤波的方法对旋转变压器进行解调,以获得偏转角.文中介绍了旋转变压器的解调设计以及Matlab仿真实验.仿真结果验证了该设计的可行性.
The torque of the tested motor is proportional to the deflection angle of the torque motor which can be acquired by the demodulation of the resolver in the torque testing system. According to the characteristics by the half cycle changes of the deflection angle deflection, the angle of the resolver is demodulated through the trigo- nometric transformation and digital filter. The paper introduces the demodulation design of resolver and Matlab simulation in details, and the simulation results prove the feasibility of the design.
