摘要
实施旅游开发对煤炭城市的振兴与可持续发展具有重大意义，是煤炭城市产业结构调整、升级、优化以及完善现代化城市基本职能的重要措施。通过对淮南市旅游开发条件的评价，提出了淮南市旅游开发的方向，设计了旅游产品的线路，并探讨了煤炭城市旅游开发的基本对策与措施。
It is of great significance to implement tourist industry development in coal mining cities because it is of great help to the stimulation of local economy and the realization of sustainable development. This is also very important measure to readjust the industrial structure of coal mining cities, improve and optimize the fundamental functions of modern municipalities. The article takes Huainan as an example by evaluating the tourist industry development conditions on the basis of which the course of tourist industry development is made clear and major tourist products are identified. The article also discusses the basic policies and measures for tourist industry development in coal mining cities.
