摘要
自然条件下利用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统测定紫茉莉(Mirabilis jalapa L.)的光合-光响应及CO2响应数据;同时测定蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Cond)、胞间CO2浓度(C i)等光合参数,对生理因子和环境因子进行相关性分析.结果表明:由改进指数模型拟合得出紫茉莉的光合生理参数,其表明紫茉莉具有较强的耐荫性及净化空气的能力.相关性分析表明,环境因子中光合有效辐射(PAR)、大气CO2浓度及空气相对湿度(RH)和生理因子中胞间CO2浓度与气孔导度是影响紫茉莉光合作用的主要影响因子.因此,在栽培种植时,应采取遮阴或雾灌方式,提高光合作用效率.
The Li -6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to determine the photosynthetic-light and CO2 re- sponses of the leaf photosynthic eharacthetie in Mirabilis jalapa L. , and the photosynthetic parameters of transpira- tion rate (Tr) , stomatal conductance (Cond) , intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) were determinated simultaneous- ly. The photosynthetic physiological parameters of M jalapa L. calculated by the modified exponential model indica- ted that it had strong shade tolerance and air purification ability. The correlation analysis showed that among the ec- ological factors and the physiological factors, the amospheric CO2 concentration, photosynthetically active radiation ( PAR), relative air humidity ( RH), intercellular C 02 concentration (Ci) and stomatal conductance (Cond) were the key ones that influenced the photosynthethesis of M. jalapa. To cultivate and increase production of M. jalapa, shade and sufficient moisture should be provided.
