“上海三民荟萃工程”线上虚拟体验馆的设计与研究

Design and Research on Online Virtual Experience Hall Based on “Shanghai Cultural Essence-extracting Project of Nation, Folkways and Masses”

"三民"(民族、民俗、民间)文化,是上海城市文化软实力的重要载体,随着"智慧城市"建设的加速推进,上海本土文化资源亟待经历数字化、信息化、网络化的整合、开发与推广。从新媒体技术与本土文化传承保护相结合的角度出发,应设计并构建一种资源整合、全民共享、交互体验、活态传承、国际推广、持续发展的开放型虚拟体验网络平台。利用各种数字文化保护与传承的相关技术,配合"上海三民荟萃工程"而建设的"线上虚拟体验馆",既有助于培育上海城市居民的认同感和归属感,实现本土文化的活态保护与传承,也可更好地服务于上海在建的"文化信息资源共享工程",促使原本"条块分割"的本市文化资源,在网络平台上得到整合利用与有效管理。

The culture about nation, folkways and masses was an important carrier of Shanghai urban cultural soft power. With the accelerating of the construction of ＂Smart City＂, Shanghai local cultural resources urgently needed experiencing the development and promotion of digitization, information technology and network integration. From the view of combining new media technologies and the local cultural heritage protection, an open virtual experience network platform with the characteristic of resource integration, universal access, interactive experience, live state heritage, international promotion and sustainable development should be designed and constructed. The online virtual experience hall based on ＂Shanghai Cultural Essence-extracting Project of Nation, Folkways and Masses＂ used a variety of digital cultural heritage protection and related technologies. It＇s not only helpful to cultivate Shanghai urban residents＇ sense of identity and belonging and achieve protection of local culture and heritage living state, but also useful to service ＂Shanghai Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project＂ and promote the Shanghai cultural resources of ＂fragmentation＂ be integrated, utilized and managed effectively in the network platform.
