摘要
为解决电机控制节点与上位机通信的实时性和可靠性等问题,现以单片机为核心的电机控制节点为例,采用CAN总线技术来实现远程测量电机转速、远程控制,搭配LCD模块,实现了远距离和强干扰环境下电机的可视化控制的系统。采用CAN总线技术有效地降低了通信成本,同时提高了系统的实时性、可靠性和灵活性。
To solve the real-time and reliability issues of communication to the host computer for motor control node, now we put MCU as its core. Through the CAN bus, it can achieve to remote measure motor speed, remote control ; it can also set the motor speed and other parameters through the keyboard; with LCD, it achieved long-range and strong interference environment of the motor control system visually. The CAN bus technology effectively reduce the cost of communication and improve the system of real-time, reliability and flexibility.
