摘要
网络零售的本质还是零售,网络零售生态系统就是一帮人一帮企业凝聚在一起协同做好在线零售活动,为消费者提供更好的、更有效率的和更便捷的商品与服务,在这一过程协调创造价值、传递价值并实现各自价值诉求。中国网络零售生态系统的扩容,主要表现在四个方面:市场交易规模不断增大,成为仅次于美国的世界第二大网络零售市场;关键种的能力不断增强;物种不断丰富,新物种不断出现;经济、技术、政策、法律、社会元素等环境因子朝着网络零售利好的方向大幅进步。然而中国网络零售生态系统的扩容也丝毫掩盖不了网络零售中的一些焦点问题,政府、消费者和商家应找到各自解决问题的努力方向和措施。
The nature of the electronic retail is still retail, and E - tailing ecosystem is a group of people and enterprises gathering together to do online retail activities collaboratively, providing consumers with better, more efficient and more convenient products and services, meanwhile they coordinate to create value, transfer value and achieve their own value demands. The expansion of China E - tailing ecosystem mainly is in four aspects : first is trading market is increasing, and become the world~ second largest E -tailing market, behind the US; second is the capacity of key species increases over time; third is species constantly enrich, and new species are appearing; last is some environmental factors, such as economics, technology, policy, law and society etc. , make significant progress in the positive direction of online retail development. However, the expansion of China E - tailing ecosystem does not cover some focus problems of online re- tail, and government, consumers and businesses should find the respective direction and measures to solve these prob- lems.
