煤炭企业随着矿井开采时间的推移 ,必然走向衰减 ,如何克服和解决这些困难和矛盾攸关企业的生存和发展。以挖金湾矿为例 ,分析了衰老矿井存在的困难和矛盾 ,提出了必须依靠深化改革、转换机制、科技挖潜、强化内部管理、实施下岗分流、减员增效 ,发展多种经营和第三产业来解决这些困难和问题 ,并提出了使企业顺利转产发展的对策。
