摘要
煤炭企业随着矿井开采时间的推移 ,必然走向衰减 ,如何克服和解决这些困难和矛盾攸关企业的生存和发展。以挖金湾矿为例 ,分析了衰老矿井存在的困难和矛盾 ,提出了必须依靠深化改革、转换机制、科技挖潜、强化内部管理、实施下岗分流、减员增效 ,发展多种经营和第三产业来解决这些困难和问题 ,并提出了使企业顺利转产发展的对策。
It is unavoidable for a mine to get old.Tacking Wajinwan mine as an example,the difficulties of old mine are concluded,it is necessary to deep reform,change mechanism.countermeasures such as to develop technology,strenth management,reduce employee and promote diversified economy are suggested.
