新兴的肺癌肿瘤标志物——循环肿瘤细胞
摘要
近来，循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cells，CTCs）作为潜在的预后标志物和预测转移进展的可靠手段在肿瘤研究中引起了密切关注。早在19世纪就有多名科学家和医生对CTCs进行了描述，其存在作为发生远端转移的必要条件并非新的概念。然而直到最近，能够准确识别癌症患者血液中CTCs的生物技术才得到广泛运用。
