摘要
以白金针菇深层液体发酵的生物量(md)、菌丝球(体)直径和菌丝球密度为指标,筛选液体菌种优良菌株。通过拮抗试验和酯酶同工酶谱分析鉴定6个白色金针菇试验品种之间存在的遗传差异性。结果表明日,本白金金针菇和河北金针菇生物量最高,分别为1.628,1.662g/100mL;此时,菌丝球直径分别为0.203,0.233cm;菌丝球密度分别为3 045,2 631个/100mL。进一步对这两个品种进行液体菌种生长速度测定,结果表明:日本白金金针菇、河北金针菇生长速度分别为0.349,0.460cm/d。确定河北白金针菇为白金针菇液体菌种优良菌株。
The predominant strain of Flammulina velutipes in liquid culture was screened by testing mycelial diameter, biomass (myceli- um dry weight, md) and density. The results of antagonistic test and esterase isozymes analysis showed that the six varieties of Flare mulina velutipes were different. The experiment indicated that the highest biomass was Japan Platinum Flare mulina velutipes and Hebei Flammulina velutipes , which were 1. 628 g/100 mL and 1. 662 g/100 mL, and the mycelia diameter were 0. 203 cm and 0. 233 cm, the mycelial number were 3 045/100 mL and 2 631/100 mL. Furthermore, in these two varieties of Flammulina velutipes Japan Platinum Flammulina velutipes grew slow, which was 0. 349 cm/d and Hebei Flammulina velutipes were 0. 460 cm/d. Based on the re- suits, it was founded that Hebei Flare m ulina velutipes was the pre~ dominant strains of Flammulina velutipes reduced liquid strain.
