不同品种葡萄皮渣中常量元素和微量元素的测定 被引量:8

Determination of macroelements and trace elements in different kinds of grape pomaces

摘要 利用微波消解法分别处理赤霞珠葡萄与巨峰葡萄皮渣中皮、籽、梗等样品,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定元素K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Cr、Se、Pb、Cd的含量。结果表明,两种葡萄皮渣中富含K、Ca、Mg等常量元素和Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr等微量元素,并检测出具有抗癌功效元素Se。两种葡萄皮、籽、梗样品中元素的含量差别较大,巨峰葡萄梗中元素含量普遍高于赤霞珠葡萄梗含量。巨峰葡萄皮中有害元素Pb超标,其余样品中有害元素Pb和Cd含量均未超标。 The contents of elements K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Cr,Se, Pb, Cd in peels, pips and stems of Cabrnet Sauvignon and Kyoho grape digested by microwave were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP AES). The results showed that the contents of macroelements K, Ca, Mg and trace elements Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cr were abundant in the pomaces of two kinds of grapes, and the anti-cancer element Se was also detec ted. There were great differences of contents of elements among peels, pips and stems of two grape varieties. The contents of elements were relatively higher in sterns of Kyoho grape than that of Cabrnet Sauvignon. The content of toxic elements Pb and Cd were lower ex- cept Pb in peels o~ Kyoho grape exceeded the national standard.
