摘要
乡村旅游食品是乡村旅游中主要的经营项目之一,其安全不仅关乎每个游客身心健康更影响到旅游的品质。当前乡村旅游食品生产服务存在基础设施设备不到位、食品加工环境差、问题食品原料、从业人员卫生意识淡薄、食品安全监管难等问题,建议通过乡村旅游相关的行政主管部门的联动合作监管,构建乡村旅游食品安全体系,保护乡村旅游消费的权利,推进乡村旅游食品的品牌化建设,促进乡村旅游健康发展。
Rural tourism food is one of the main business projects in rural tourism, and its safety is not only related to every visitor of physical and mental health but also affect the tourism quality. At present, it is existed a lot of problems. For rural tourism food pro- duction and service infrastructure equipment being not in place, poor food processing environment, unqualified food raw materials, staff health awareness less, food safety supervision and other difficult is- sues. It is the right way to promote the healthy development of rural tourism by promoting the cooperation between the administrative de- partment in charge of supervision of the construction of rural tourism, rural tourism food security system, protection of rural tourism consumer rights, pushing the brand construction of rural tourism products.
