摘要
为确保检验结果的精确度而对全脂奶粉中需氧芽胞总数检验进行不确定度的评定。确定需氧芽胞总数检验过程中的不确定度来源,根据微生物定量测定结果分散性较大的特点,对其采用取对数的数据处理方式,由此建立相应的数学模型,通过合并样本标准差的方法来评定其测量不确定度。结果表明,试验所得到的扩展不确定度为0.121 8%,该试验所采用的评定方法适用于需氧芽胞总数的检验。该方法简便实用,适合于每一个样本的检验结果。
An assessment on uncertainty of total aerobic bacterial spores was performed for ensuring the accuracy of inspection result. Analyzed the sources of uncertainty in the procedure of total aerobic bacterial spores inspection, created corresponding mathematical model, and assessed the uncertainty with merging standard deviation of sample. The study showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0. 121 8%, and the method was suited to the assessment results of total aerobic bacterial spores. The assessment method is simple, practical and suitable to the assessment result of every sample.
