摘要
由于目前国内外对虾加工过程中对虾的定向主要采用人工定向,占用了大量的劳动力资源。为减少对虾加工过程中人工的参与,根据对虾的生物力学特性,提出双棍式对虾粗定向方法,并进行试验。结果表明:针对80头/kg的对虾,当两辊子直径与对虾横切面尺寸相差较大、辊子间隙为5~9mm,辊子轴线与水平面夹角小于40°时,可实现对虾的粗定向,其中辊子的转速大小,辊子轴线与水平面的夹角大小可决定对虾在辊子上的滑动速度,可根据对虾开背工序的效率对这两者进行调整,以达到设备整体运行的协调。
As the current shrimp processing of direction in domestic and foreign mainly uses manually direction, which occupied a lot of labor resources. To reduce the labor resources in the processing, ac cording to the biomechanical properties of shrimp, this article pro- posed a rough directed method of double roll and did the related tests. The results show that for the 80 / Kilogram shrimp, when the two rollers' diameter and the cross section size were larger differ ence, roll gap between the 5~9 mm, roller axis and the horizontal angle less than 40°, can realize shrimp's rough direction. Wherein the speed of the rollers, the rollers' axis and the horizontal angle can determine the shrimps~ sliding speed on the rollers, these two fac- tors can be adjusted according to the process of making an opening at the back of shrimp, to achieve the coordinated of overall operation of the device.
