Green walnut peeling is the most important link in the post harvest processing of walnut. For the short walnut harvest time, timely and effective peel to the green husk of the walnut is crucially important. All kinds of technology for green husk peeling were intro- duced in the article, especially elaborate the technologies of the me chanical method for green walnut peeling domestic and overseas, meanwhile, the continuous green walnut peeling machine which was fit for domestic planting status was detailed at the structure charac- teristics, working principle and the technical parameters. The tech nical basis for industrialized mass production of the walnut deep pro- cessing was provided.
