摘要
用超声波技术辅助提取湘玉竹多糖,在单因子试验的基础上应用响应面法优化湘玉竹多糖提取工艺,以物料粉细度、超声波处理时间、水料比为变量。通过Design-expert软件建立数学模型。结果表明,提取湘玉竹多糖的最佳工艺条件为粉细度过200目筛、超声波处理时间31 min、水料比50∶1(V∶m),湘玉竹多糖的提取率为8.26%。
Ultrasonic technology was used to extract polysaccharide from Hunan polygonatuzn odoratum. The experiment factor and lev- els were firsts selected by single-factor test. The response surface methodology was adapted to optimum extraction technique of poly- saccharides from Hunan polygonatum odoratum. Three factors were chosen as variable quantity, such as containing material crushing de- gree, ultrasonic treatment time, and water ratio. The Desig-expert 7.1.6 software was used to establish mathematical model. The re- sult showed that the conditions of the optimum extraction of polysac- charides from Hunan polygonatum odoraturn were: super fine crush- ing through colloid mill, (;rushing degree of 200 mesh, ultrasonic processing time 31 rain, the ratio of water to material 50 : 1 ,and the yield of Hunan Polygonatum polysaccharide extraction was 8.26 %.
