高性能碳纤维的研制—连续预氧化过程中纤维序态结构的变化

PREPARATION AND INVESTIGATION OF HIGH PERFORMANCE CARBON FIBERS-MORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE CHANGES OF PAN PRECURSOR FIBERS

报道了制备高性能碳纤维的连续预氧化过程中,一定张力下聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝纤维序态结构的变化历程。结果表明,PAN纤维序态结构的演变经历三个阶段,即序态结构趋于完善,序态结构快速变化和慢速变化。

During the thermal stabilization stage of continuous preparation of carbon fibers, the morphological structure changes of PAN precursor fibers were investigated with high drawingratios imposed on the fibers.The experiment results showed that the morphological structure of PAN fibers underwent three stages; firstly, the morphological structure of PAN fiberstended perfect, then changed dramastically and finally slower.
