摘要
在前人研究的基础上,从分析保险职业经理人的现状入手,通过关键词频法筛选出保险职业经理人特征要素,初步建立了一个由33项要素组成的保险职业经理人胜任力模型,将得出的胜任力要素编制问卷并用因子分析法进行了初步验证,最终构建了包含30项要素的保险职业经理人胜任力的五大因素模型,即业务技能、专业知识、个人特质、领导特质和职业素养。
On the basis of previous studies, from the analysis of the status quo of insurance professional manag- ers, through the key word method selected insurance professional managers characteristic elements, this paper initial- ly establishes the competency model of insurance professional managers consisting of 33 elements. It concludes com- petency elements to compile the questionnaire by factor analysis method on the preliminary validation, finally builds the 30 - element - insurance - professional - manager - competency model which includes five factors, namely, busi- ness skills ,professional knowledge ,personal traits ,leadership qualities and professional quality.
