摘要
文章利用Jander方程,对粉煤灰在强碱性条件下的反应动力学进行了研究。研究内容包括:动力学反应阶段的划分;温度对各动力学反应阶段的影响;动力学反应阶段与理论模型的关系以及各阶段反应活化能的计算等。研究结果表明:粉煤灰在碱浸出体系下的反应分为3个阶段,即表明反应阶段,早期扩散阶段以及中后期扩散阶段。各阶段的持续时间与反应温度有密切关系。根据热力学计算,表明反应阶段的活化能为102 kJ/mol,早期扩散阶段的活化能为66 kJ/mol。
The Jander equation was used m analyze the reaction kinetics of fly ash in alkali solution, which involved kinetics stage distinguishing, the effect of temperature on reaction stages, the relationship between kinetics stage and the theory model, and the activation energy of each stage. Result of the analysis showed there were three stages during the reaction, i.e. surface reaction stage, early dissolving stage and later dissolving stage; and the duration of each of the stage during reaction was affected by reaction temperature. According to the result of thermodynamic calculation, activation energy of surface reaction was 102 kJ/mol and early dissolving stage 66 kJ/mol.
