摘要
文章采用生物碳纤维膜材料,考察了不同水力停留时间(HRT)、气水比对生物碳纤维膜处理生活污水效果的影响,优化和确定了该工艺的最佳运行参数,同时观察了最佳运行参数下生物碳纤维膜材料的膜污染问题。研究结果表明,在HRT=10 h,气水比=25∶1,污泥浓度为8 g/L时,该工艺达到最优的运行条件,此时反应器出水的化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH4+-N)及浊度分别为15、1.0 mg/L、0.15NTU,处理效果良好,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准,同时生物碳纤维膜反应器的膜清洗周期较长,膜污染情况较轻缓。证实了生物碳纤维膜工艺处理生活污水的可行性和优越性。
Biological carbon fiber membrane was used to treat domestic wastewater. Based on the performance of biological carbon fiber membrane in different hydraulic retention times (HRT) and air water ratio, the operation parameters of the system were optimized and determined. Membrane pollution of biological carbon fiber membrane was investigated on the condition of the optimized performance parameters. Experimental results showed that COD, NI-L^-N and turbidity concentration of ef- fluent were 15 mg/L, 1.0mg/L and 0.15 NTU respectively in the optimal condition with HRT 10 h, air water ratio 25:1, MLSS 8 g/L, with the effluent satisfying Grade I A of Pollutants Emission Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant of GB18918-2002. Membrane cleaning cycle of biological carbon fiber membrane materials was longer, and membrane pollution of biological carbon fiber membrane materials was gentle, which would strongly confirm the feasibility and superiority of bio- logical carbon fiber membrane in the treatment of domestic wastewater.
