摘要
根据本钢拟建566.5m2烧结机和5号高炉大修改造存在时间差,新烧结机投产后2~3年内不能满负荷生产的情况,从满足生产需求和节能降耗的角度分析了其主抽风机采用变频运行的优越性。结果认为,采用变频运行比软启工频运行多投入的费用不到两年即可收回,而且还有利于降低风机噪声,延长设备寿命,减少维修及费用,提高电网功率因数。
Based on the time difference existing in major repair and reconstruction of the proposed 566. 5 m2 sinter machine and No. 5 blast furnace in Bensteel and the condition of new sinter machine which can not meet full load production within 2 - 3 years after its commissioning, the superiority of variable frequency operation of the main exhaust fan was analyzed from the point of view of meeting production needs, energy saving and consumption reduction. The result shows that, the more cost invested in variable frequency operation than in soft starting frequency can be recovered in no more than two years, in addition, adopting variable frequency operation is also favorable for reducing fan noise, prolonging equipment life, decreasing maintenance and cost and increasinz Dower factor of Dower arid.
