浅析烧结环冷机中温热废气的再利用

On Reutilization of Medium Temperature Hot Waste Gas of Sintering Circular Cooler

通过国内某特大型烧结厂2号烧结环冷机中温热废气再利用的实例,介绍了在环冷机高温热废气回收生产蒸汽或余热发电后,中温热废气再利用的一套解决方案。该方案实施后,进一步减少了环冷机对空排放热量,同时变环冷机上粉尘无组织排放为有组织排放,减少了粉尘排放量。

Through the practical example of reutilization of medium temperature hot waste gas of circular cooler of No. 2 sinter machine in a domestic large sized sintering plant, a solution scheme for reutilization of medium temperature hot waste gas after recovering high temperature hot waste gas of circular cooler for steam production or utilizing waste heat for electricity generation was introduced. After the scheme was implemented, the heat of the circular cooler discharged to the atmosphere was reduced, and at the same time the unorganized dust discharge of circular cooler was changed to organized discharge, thus dust emission was reduced.
