摘要
本文以汽车纵梁双主机腹面数控冲孔线为例,介绍了其双冲技术的加工系统和方法。实践证明该双冲技术不但使汽车纵梁数控冲孔线在效率方面大大提高,而且其冲孔精度也有明显改善。
Taking the CNC punching line for web of truck beam with two punching units as an example, the processing system and method of the double-punching technique has been introduced in the text.The practice shows that the double punching technique can not only improve the punching efficiency but also raise the punching accuracy.
