猪源H9N2亚型流感病毒的分离与鉴定

摘要 从猪屠宰场分离、鉴定出两株H9N2亚型流感病毒,对两分离株全基因组进行遗传进化分析发现:Sw/SD/03和Sw/SD/17均符合中国大陆典型的低致病性H9N2亚型流感病毒的特征;Sw/SD/03和Sw/SD/17(除HA基因)的基因组与江浙地区近期流行的禽源H9N2流感病毒的同源性最高,而Sw/SD/17的HA基因与湖北地区毒株的同源性最高。这两个分离株的HA基因226位均为人样Leu,M2基因都携带具有金刚烷胺抗性的S31N突变。本研究强调了对猪群中H9N2亚型流感病毒长期监测的必要性。 Two H9N2 swine influenza viruses were isolated from pig-slaughter house. Sequence analysis revealed that Sw/SD/ 03 and Sw/SD/17 are in line with the typical characteristics of the low pathogenic H9N2 subtype of influenza virus in mainland Chi- na. In addition, genomes among Sw/SD/03. Sw/SD/17 (exclude HA gene) and the recent epidemic avian H9N2 influenza virus of Ji- angsu and Zhejiang Provinces were shown with the highest homology, however, the HA genes between Sw/SD/17 and the Hubei iso- lates were shown with the highest homology. HA 226 positions of the two isolates were human-like Leu, and M genes carrying the amino acid $31N substitution which confers amantadine-resistance. This study emphasizes the necessity for long-term monitoring of the H9N2 subtype of influenza virus in pigs.
