癫()术后发作间期()性放电的预后价值

摘要 癫痫外科是治疗药物难治性癫痫最为重要的治疗手段。手术后患者仍需服用一定年限的抗癫痫药物以防止术后复发。术后发作间期脑电图检查结果是判断手术效果、调整抗癫痫药物及判断停药时机最重要的参考指标。然而，癫痫术后发作间期异常放电的预后价值判断因受多种因素影响，目前并无统一的结论。现结合长期从事癫痫外科的临床经验，重点介绍国内外相关的最新观点，希望对从事癫痫外科临床工作的神经内、外科医师有所帮助。
