镇研20号是以自选系A9259为母本、N9389为父本配制而成的早熟高产线形辣椒新品种．始花节住9～10节，早熟性好，果实线形，果长22--25cm，果肩宽1．6cm左右，果形指数14--16，果肉厚0．18cm，单果质量约21g，高产栽培产量达3600kg／667m2。抗病毒病、炭疽病和疫病。

Zhenyan No.20 is a new early-maturing and high-yield line hot pepper hybrid developed by crossing female parent A9259 and male parent N9389. Its first flower sets on 9th-10th node. Its fruit is 22-25 cm in length, about 1.6 cm in diameter, 14-16 in fruit shape index, and 0.18 cm in flesh thickness. Its single fruit weight is about 21 g, and its yield is 3 600 kg/667 m2 under the high-yield cultivation. Zhenyan No.20 is resistant to virus disease, anthracnose and blight disease.
