摘要 用由苯酚和甲醛合成的水溶性酚醛树脂作两性离子聚丙烯酰胺的交联剂 ,得到了性能良好的水基凝胶并成功地应用于沈阳油田的深部调剖。本文报道了水溶性酚醛树脂的两步催化合成工艺 ,确定了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等合成条件 ,考察了水溶性酚醛树脂的稳定性 ,简要介绍了形成的凝胶物性以及调剖效果。 A water soluble resol resin is prepared from phenol and formaldehyde(FA) of molar ratio 1∶3 in aqueous solution through a two step catalytic condensation at ≤90℃ over 30 min(90℃). The residue FA in the resin obtained is 1.2% in contrast with 16.5% for an one step catalytic condensation product. 0.3—1.0% aqueous solution of an amphoteric acrylamide copolymer with 0.3—1.1% resol added as crosslinker (pH 7.2—7.8) gelates at 45—70℃ to form gels of viscosity 16—29 Pa·s. The gelation time at 50—55℃(reservoir temperature of Shenyang Oil Fields) can be controlled in range 3—16 days. This gelling fluid has been successfully applied to treating highly permeable reservoir formations of Block An 12, Shenyang, Liaohe, for permeability control.
