摘要 小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OS-AHS）是指睡眠过程中频繁发生部分或完全的上气道阻塞，扰乱正常通气和睡眠结构而引起的一系列的病理、生理变化。长期睡眠呼吸暂停和低通气使体内反复产生的低氧血症和高碳酸血症严重危害儿童身体健康和生长发育，患儿白天嗜睡，精神萎靡，记忆力减退，长期发作患者可有生长发育落后，肺动脉高压，认知功能障碍及颜面发育畸形等。有报道认为，发病原因不明的婴儿猝死综合征与OS—AHS有关。扁桃体，腺样体增生、
