“赵氏”火针刺络放血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Zhao's fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture for diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察运用"赵氏"火针刺络放血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法将102例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组54例和对照组48例,2组患者均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用"赵氏"火针刺络放血法进行治疗,随访3个月,以伦多临床评分系统对治疗前后的症状分、反射分、感觉分、总分进行统计,观察2种方法对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用"赵氏"火针刺络放血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效肯定,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective To observe the effects of Zhao＇s fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）.Methods One hundred and two cases of DPN were randomly divided into a treatment group （54 cases） and a control group （48 cases）. The western routine treatment was given in two groups; additionally the Zhao＇ s fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture was applied in the treatment group. The follow-up visit was required for three months. With Toronto clinical scoring system, the symptom score, reflection score, sensibility score and total score before and after treatment was analyzed to observe the therapeutic effect of two different methods on DPN.Results The efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group with a statistical significance （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The efficacy of Zhao＇ s fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture for treatment of DPN is positive, which is worthy further study and promotion.
