高效液相色谱法测定表虚感冒颗粒中葛根素的含量

Determination of Puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule by HPLC

目的：建立测定表虚感冒颗粒中葛根素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Phenomenex LUNA-C18柱（4.6mm×250mm，5μm），以甲醇：水（21∶79）为流动相，流速1.0mL·min-1，柱温30℃，检测波长250nm。结果葛根素在0.023～0.460mg/mL浓度范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.9999），平均加样回收率为99.1%，RSD1.52%.结论本方法简便，快速，准确，重复性好，可用于表虚感冒颗粒中葛根素的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Phenomenex LUNA-C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）column,the mobile phase consisted of MeOH（21）-H2O （79）,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30℃,The UV detector was set at 250nm. Results The linear response range was 0.023~0.460mg/ml （r=0.9999）. The average recovery of puerarin was 99.1%,and RSD1.52%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule.
