摘要
介绍LS25S-300型双螺杆压缩机的结构、工作原理,重点分析排气温度高、排气压力低、排气压力高、润滑油压力低、系统不加载等常见故障,并提出了相应的处理方法。应高度重视压缩机运行中的各种问题,加强定期维护和保养,同时还要保证有充分的备件储备,才能提高压缩机运行的可靠性。
The structure and working principle of LS25S-300 twin-screw compressor is introduced in this paper.It mainly analyzes several common failures, such as high exhaust temperature, low exhaust pressure, high exhaust pressure, lower lubricant pressure and system unload, and puts forward the corresponding disposal methods.The various problems of screw compressor should be paid a great attention during running time, to strengthen the regular inspecting and maintenance.Meanwhile, sufficient spare parts inventory should be ensured,which can improve operation reliability of screw comlaressor.
