摘要
考察并优化了高压脉冲气液混合放电等离子体体系的工艺参数,对其灭藻机理进行了初步研究。实验得到最优工艺参数为脉冲放电时间30rain,脉冲峰值电压30kV,脉冲频率80Hz。放电电极间距1cm,采用空气源,载气流量3L/min,初始电导率1000μs/cm。应用最优工艺参数条件进行实验,分析藻细胞的生理反应。研究结果表明:经脉冲放电处理,藻液中叶绿素a含量明显降低,相对电导率、藻细胞SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性及MDA(丙二醛)指标均呈先升高后降低的变化。说明高压脉冲气液混合放电对铜绿微囊藻产生明显抑制作用,使藻细胞经过胁迫反应后生理结构破坏而达到灭活藻的目的。
The process parameters of a high voltage pulsed gas-liquid hybrid discharge plasma system for inactivating Microcystis aeruginosa were investigated and optimised, and the algae removal mechanism was discussed. The optimal conditions were as follows: pulse discharge duration 30 minutes, pulse peak voltage 30 kV, pulse repetitive rate 80 Hz, discharge electrode spacing 1 cm, air as carrier gas, airflow rate 3 L/min, initial conductivity 1,000 μs/cm. During the incubation, the content of chlorophyll-a obviously reduced gradually, and relative conductivity varied in such a way as to increase first and then decrease, whilst so did the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of algal cells as well as the malonic dialdehyde (MDA) content. It has shown that high voltage pulsed gas-liquid hybrid discharge had an obvious inhibition to Microcystis aeruginosa. After the stress reaction, algal cells were inactivated by their physiological structures being destroyed.
