1982—2011年中医心理学研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis on the research of psychology of TCM in 1982 to 2011

目的通过文献研究,分析中医心理学在研究领域、研究方式、研究力量等方面的发展现状及问题。方法采用文献计量学方法对1982—2011年收录在中国期刊网等数据库中的486条文献进行分析。结果近30年中医心理学研究数量呈增长趋势,2008年发表论文最多,75%的论文发表于医药类期刊上,心理学期刊源相对较少;内容主要集中在中医心理治疗(占38.48%)和中医心理基础理论(占25.10%)方面;研究类型以基础理论研究为主;个人研究多于合作研究;研究受资助量偏少;研究力量主要分布在医疗卫生机构和各类院校。结论中医心理学研究发展显著,但研究力量、研究类型及内容等方面依然存在较大不足,中医心理学思想有待于进一步挖掘和应用。

Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis to find the developmental status and problems about the domains,patterns,researchers of psychology of TCM. Methods Analysing 486 documents from 1982 to 2011 in China journal full-text database of CNKI by bibliometrie method. Results The amount of papers on psychology of TCM increased rapidly and most research papers was in 2008. About 75% papers published mainly in the medi- cal journals, little in psychology journals. The research topics were distributed mainly in the psychological therapy （38.48%） and the basic theory of psychology of TCM（25.10% ）. The theoretical research was the major type of these papers. The amount of independent research were more than cooperation research. Only a few research papersfinanced by various of funds and high-grade-funds were rare. Medical institutions, universities, especially TCM ones were the main agency for the research of psychology of TCM. Conclusion The research of psychology of TCM has developed significantly, but there still exist some shortages about researchers, patterns and contents and so on. Psychology of TCM needs to be further more research and application.
