微时代下加强高职学生职业素质培养的必要性

On the Necessity of Cultivating Students' Vocational Quality in Micro-era at Higher Vocational Colleges

随着微时代的到来,高等职业教育的不断深入发展,对高职学生职业素质培养的要求也越来越高,高职院校开展微时代下学生职业素质教育已成为不可回避的问题。本文分析了微时代下高职学生职业素质培养存在的问题,并尝试提出开展微时代下学生职业素质培养的必要性,以期待为微时代下高职院校学生职业素质培养作出一定的贡献。

With the coming of the Micro-era, requirements of vocational quality are becoming higher and higher. Vocational quality education has become an unavoidable issue for higher vocational colleges in the Micro-era. This paper firstly makes an analysis on the problems in this respect, and then stresses the necessity of cultivating students＇ vocational quality, hoping to elicit something significant for further discussion.
