摘要
高职院校英语教学质量管理是依据教学质量目标和人才培养标准,对教学工作、教学效果进行质量价值判断的过程。本文通过问卷调查法、访谈法、文献法等,对当前高职院校英语教学质量管理与多元评价进行实证研究。高职院校英语教学管理与评价体系存在重视程度不高、管理流程不规范、评价方式单一等问题。依据建构主义、多元智能理论、语言习得理论的观点,英语教学评价要以学生发展为中心,实现多元化教学评价及英语教学评价动态化管理,结果性评价与形成性评价相结合。实现教学管理部门督促、指导功能,加强高职院校英语教学质量管理,形成多元评价体系。
English teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges is a valuable process of the judgment on English teaching and its effects according to the teaching aims and the talent training standard. This article presents the research conducted on the current English teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges and multivariate evaluation through questionnaire, interviews, and literature method, Some factors leads to the failure of the English teaching management and evaluation system: lower degree of attention, lack of management standard and the rigid evaluation methods. According to the theory of constructivism, multiple intelligence and language acquisition, English teaching evaluation should take the student development as a main task, realizing the diversification and dynamic management of the teaching evaluation and combining the result evaluation with the formative evaluation. Multivariate evaluation system formed in higher vocational colleges can realize the functions of supervision and guidance of the teaching management and strengthen the English teaching quality management.
